Terms of use
The conditions for using the site. Using it means accepting them; if any of them are unacceptable to you, the remedy is to stop using it.
You must be an adult
The site indexes sexually explicit animated material and is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority wherever you are, if that age is higher than 18. By using the site you state that this is true of you.
It is also your responsibility to know whether this material is lawful to view where you are. In some countries it is not. The operator has no way to tell where you are from and does not assume the answer.
What the site offers
A catalogue of works held on third-party servers, and a player that streams them through this server. It is offered free and as it is. There is no promise that it will be available, that a given title will keep working, or that the information about a title is complete or correct: the studio names, years, tags and descriptions come from the sources the catalogue was built from and can be wrong.
The operator does not produce, own or control the indexed material, and indexing something is not an endorsement of it. Entries can be removed at any time, including on request.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the site if you are under 18, or where doing so is unlawful;
- run scripts, scrapers or downloaders against the site, or send automated traffic at a rate a person could not produce. The player is one shared server and a scraper takes it away from everyone else;
- attempt to use the media proxy for anything other than playing a page on this site, or to make it fetch a host it was not configured for;
- re-host, rebroadcast or resell the material this site relays, or present it as your own;
- probe, attack or interfere with the site or the machine it runs on, or try to reach parts of it that were not published;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law that applies to you.
Access can be blocked without notice when any of the above is happening. There are no accounts to suspend, so in practice this means a block at the network level.
Material you hold rights to
If something reachable here infringes your copyright, the procedure and the address for a notice are on the DMCA page. If something depicts a real person, a minor, or anyone who did not consent, report it to [CONTACT EMAIL] and the entry will be removed. See also the 2257 statement.
No warranty, and the limits of liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and is used at your own risk. How much of that paragraph is enforceable varies a great deal. Consumer protection law in many countries limits what a service can disclaim, and a clause that is valid in one place is void in another. Privacy
The site keeps no accounts and stores its player settings on your own device. The privacy page sets out what that covers and what depends on how the site is hosted.
