What this site is, what it is not, and where a request about records should actually go.

What the statute asks for

18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A are United States record-keeping laws. They require a producer of certain visual depictions to keep records establishing that everyone depicted was an adult, to keep those records where a named custodian can produce them, and to post a statement saying where they are held.

What this site is

This site is an index. It stores titles, descriptions, tags and the addresses of media held on third-party servers. It stores no video and no photographs of anyone. There is no account system and no upload form, so no visitor has ever put anything here.

When a page plays something, this server fetches it from a third-party host and passes the bytes to the browser without keeping a copy. The operator did not film, draw, commission, edit, assemble or publish any of it, and has no relationship with whoever did.

Everything indexed is animation: drawn and rendered works, not recordings of people.

Whether any of the above makes 2257 apply, or not apply, to this site is a legal conclusion, and this page does not draw it. The statute is written around depictions of actual human beings and around the role of a "producer", and how those words land on an index of animated works in [JURISDICTION] is a question for a lawyer.

There is also a practical reason not to leave the section below blank even if the answer turns out to be that the statute does not apply. Hosts, payment processors and advertising networks commonly require a visible custodian statement as a condition of service, and they do not read the statute for you.

Because the operator produced none of the indexed material, the operator holds no production records for it. Any records that exist are held by the original producers and by the hosts that serve the files. A request for records about a specific work is best directed at the studio credited on its page and at the host serving it.

Reporting something

If you believe anything reachable through this site depicts a real person, depicts a minor, or was published without the consent of someone in it, report it to [CONTACT EMAIL] with the address of the page. The operator will remove the entry rather than wait to be convinced. Removing the entry stops this site from linking to or relaying the material; it does not delete the file, which is on a server this operator does not control, so the host needs to be told as well.
