The pages behind those links describe how this site is actually built, which is the part a lawyer cannot look up. They do not state who operates it, from where, or under which law, because nobody has said. Those are the blanks: [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [OPERATOR POSTAL ADDRESS], [CONTACT EMAIL], [DESIGNATED AGENT], [CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS ADDRESS] and [JURISDICTION].
Filling the blanks in is not the same as having a legal document. A site that indexes adult material has obligations that vary by country and by how it is hosted and funded, and the only way to know which ones apply here is to ask a lawyer who practises where the operator is.
Where these pages could not answer honestly, they say so instead of guessing. The recurring one is hosting: whether a request to this site is logged, for how long, and whether anything sits in front of the origin are all choices made outside this codebase, and the code has no way to report on them.
